WELCOMING the Armitage Report as a thorough and careful review which "sweeps away the myths about the lorry", the British Road Federation said the Government must now press ahead with road schemes.
"The Government must heed the Armitage recommendations and step up its funds available to complete the building of motorways and by-passes."
