Conditions sought are shown simply as goods for five name customers "as required" and there is an annotation that the companies named are associated. The applicants are described as waste paper merchants.
In the East Midlands there appears a 27-vehicle new B-licence application by 3. Clarke (Haulage) Ltd. Conditions sought are varied—tar for named companies with certain vehicles, solid fuels for other customers, and even scrap is mentioned. If granted, Contract and 13 licences will be surrendered.
A large B to A licence conversion application has been made to the Western L.A. A.
