Co-operation Among Steam Vehicle Users.

The Steam Transport Association, which was formed during the Show period, with Mr. George Hoare as secretary, is now getting into active operation, a number of members having been enrolled, some of them having fleets Of ten wagons, and it is intended that the Association shall provide practical benefits for its members. Amongst these are a comprehensive insurance policy at reduced rates of premium ; facilities for picking up water Cr, all the main approaches to London ; and the taking up of any matter where cooperation of owners and users can make for the well-being of steam transport, etc.

The terms of membership are fixed at £1 per vehicle for the first 10, and 15s. per vehicle above that number, the first payment embracing membership until the end of December, 1928. We are asked to remind readers that the address of the secretary is 20, Mouutfield Road, Finchley, London, N.3.
