Enniskillen Urban District Council has decided to charge owners of buses which use stands in the town a rent of 10s., but whether this sum is to be paid annually or weekly it omitted to consider. The payment of 10s., however, will not permit of the buses remaining on the stands for more than ten minutes. These decisions were made on the suggestion of a railway official who is a member of the council, despite the opposition of the town's improvements committee, which said that buses visiting the town brought custom to the shopkeepers.
