• In addition to its annual Handbook. the Chartered Institute of Transport is producing two booklets giving full details of the examinations in the year when the Intermediate examination is introduced.
"Regulations and syllabuses for the professional examinations in transport" is on sale at 25p and indicates the arrangements made for students who have not completed their studies for graduateship.
"Professional Intermediate Examination in transport: specimen examination question papers" (25p) covers part I transport, statistics, principles and practice of communication; Part II; economics, economic and transport geography, law of business and carriage.
