lntertruck is marketing two kinds of triangular red reflectors of a type approved for compulsory application to trailers and semi-trailers from July 1. The reflector without a white surround (Part 290) is for use only on semi-trailers or trailers drawn by passenger vehicles but the reflector fitted with a white surround (Part 256) can be used on any type of trailer or semi-trailer.
A drilled metal connecting strap is available which enables either reflector to be applied to an lntertruck rear lamp assembly or to other types. A leaflet setting out the positioning details for triangular rear reflectors is available from lntertruck stockists or direct from the company.
