THE Transport Tribunal has made new rules which are published as Statutory Instrument No 1687 (1965) and are available from HMSO, price is. 9d. Higher fees are to be charged to appellants. Lodging fees (for appeals) increase from LI to £2, and hearing fees, formerly £2 per day, will now be £2 per half day. The new rules give effect to the provision in the Road Transport Act. 1962 for two divisions of the Court, dealing with fares and road haulage appeals.
