Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The FrA and RHA is taking the "No need to speed" safety campaign (CM, Oct 4)

to the streets, with a national roadshow which is visiting four major cities. The jointly organised travelling exhibition will start off next week at the Penrith Truck Stop in Cumbria, on Monday, November 3, at 10.15am, and finish at Manchester Airport Cargo Centre on Wednesday, November 5, at midday, having also visited Glasgow, Newcastle and Leeds.

F1'A director general Garry Turvey says, "We want to spread the message throughout our industry, and one of the best ways of doing it is to go on the road ourselves and spread the word that nobody benefits from speeding. Driver stress accelerates, accident risks climb, running costs soar and the image of the industry is damaged when a speeding lorry goes down the road."

To stimulate interest among drivers a competition is being run in conjunction with the roadshow, with a £1,000 holiday for two in Paris as the first prize.

The winner will be the driver who correctly estimates the time taken for the campaign's Leyland T45 Roadtrain and trailer — supplied by Leyland Trucks and manned by agency drivers from Overdrive — to complete three different legs of the nationwide tour.
