• Scottish TC Michael Betts has cut the licence held by Dumfries haulier James Bryden Kerr from 10 vehicles and 10 trailers to seven vehicles and eight trailers because of maintenance problems and a number of convictions. Kerr appeared before the TC at a Dumfries disciplinary inquiry.
