Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

OPERATORS who want to take part in the Fuel Duel should call the ERF control centre on 0800 221122. You'll receive a presentation pack and video with an agreement form to fill out.

The Fuel duel takes one of two forms: 4. Head-to-Head, with the competing truck following the same route, at the same time, with the same load, thereby removing the possibility of variations in consumption due to traffic and weather conditions; It, Same Route Challenge, with the EC1 1 covering a route for which fuel consumption is already accurately known for a competing truck. The load and driver must be the same for both vehicles.

ERF says that each challenge will be verified before a Fuel-Duel vehicle is supplied. It stresses that the final say-so on supplying an EC11 will be "at the discretion of the local salesperson".
