Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Removals rates have gone up by as much as six times the rate of inflation over the past year, says a new report.

The Woolwich Building Society survey shows that charges have risen fastest for larger houses. Making a 20-mile move from a detached five-bedroom house now costs an average of £530, compared with ,,C443 a year ago. "Prices have gone up simply because packaging paper has increased by 20%, fuel is more expensive and, of course. employees have had their annual increase," he says.
