GENTLEMEN, I/We hereby undertake that, if the Licence for which I/we have made application is granted, I/we will observe and comply with the following conditions, viz :— 1.—That the Motor Omnibus for which the Licence is granted shall only be used within the County Borough of Middlesbrough on the following route or routes, viz. :- 2.—That the omnibus shall be run strictly in accordance with the annexed Time-Table and that the Fares and Stages shown on the annexed List of Fares and Stages, if approved, 028 will be adopted, or such other Time-Table of Fares and Stages as may from time to time be submitted to and accepted by you, such acceptance to be signified under the hand of the Town Clerk.

3.—That the branibus shall be run and a regular service maintained in accordance with the aforesaid Time-Table.

4.---To issue Tickets showing the fare paid by passengers for all Fares taken, on the Omnibus operated by me/us.

5.—That the approved Time-Table and List of Pares and Stages shall be printed in easily read legible type and a copy thereof exhibited at all times in a conspicuous position inside the omnibus, so as to be plainly visible to every passenger.

6.—That no passenger shall he carried at a Fare less than the appropriate Fare for his journey set out in the List of Fares and Stages.

7.—Where the omnibus plies for hire over or touching a route whereon or on Part whereof vehicles provided and/or operated by the Corporation Tramways Department or the Tees-side Railless Traction Board run, the Fare for any passenger picked up and set down on any part of the system operated by the Corporation Tramways Department or Tees-side RaiLless Traction Board shall be id. in excess of the maximum fare charged by the Corporation and/or the Tees-side Railless Traction Board for the distance travelled
