Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Fowler Welch has become the third UK operator – behind Eddie Stobart and Wincanton – to begin on-road trials of a longer semi-trailer under the DfT’s 10-year pilot. The new 15.65m, tri-axle curtainsider made by SDC will run out of Fowler Welch’s Heywood, Lancashire, distribution centre for an initial period of rear-steer training. A further two trailers are being built for Fowler Welch by SDC.

The ambient, chilled and FMCG operator says the longer trailers will accommodate an extra four pallets per load, offering benefits to its high-volume customers.
