Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• What is claimed to be a new style one-man double-deck bus with technical and passenger refinements beyond anything at present on the road is being built for Leeds City Transport, to the design of the general manager, Mr. Thomas Lord.

The bus, a Daimler Fleetline with bodywork by Charles H. Roe Ltd., will be displayed at the Commercial Motor Show in September. It is almost a tradition of the Show that at least one bus built for Leeds City Transport is on display.

Some of the features of the bus will include a periscope to enable the driver to view the top-deck; public-address system on both decks; electric light indicator for number of vacant seats upstairs; power steering and full automatic transmission; and safety warnings to sound if any of the emergency doors are open and if anything is trapped in the doors.

The bus will be fully air-conditioned and will have complete temperature control for both winter and summer. The staircase will be placed centrally and there will be a central exit and front entrance. Seating for 78 passengers will be provided.

At present the only o-m-o buses in the Leeds fleet are single-deckers.
