Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IN 1926, AEC — "the builder of London's buses" — produced an experimental Tri Tractor. If you are a tractor buff, you will like to know this, and will learn about it if you buy Vintage Tractor: Album 2 (Frederick Warne; £7.95) by Nick Baldwin, ex-Land Rover employee and writer on transport topics, who turns out to have a farming background. This is from "Rushton" — a chapter on "mysterious events at AEC and Rushton Trailers". The latter collapsed (When? more mystery) but were still rolling off the line in 1937. Someone must remember!
