Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Physical Distribution Management had been launched. Is this simply an extension of the activities of the British Institute of Management? What I am really concerned to know is whether it will be run by people representative of a wide range of transport and distribution interests, or whether it will be a very limited set-up leaning heavily on BIM?
