Alley and MacLellan (75).

A five-ton Sentinel wagon of the overtype model, with flat platform, and a sixton standard Sentinel, with engine below the frame, and also having a flat-platform body, will be exhibited by Alley and MacLellan, Ltd., of Polmadie, Glasgow. The heavier vehicle of the two will be fitted with interchangeable rubber and steel tires.

Barford and Perkins (70).

Barford and Perkins, Ltd., of Peterborough, will include only one waterballast motor roller amongst its exhibits. This will be of the company's E2 size, which weighs si tons empty, and 7i tons full. The machine rolls to a width of 4 ft., and is fitted with a 16 h.p. Albion engine.

Beata11 (68).

E. H. Bentell and Co., Ltd., of Hey. bridge. Maldon, Essex, will exhibit petrol engines ranging from 2.12 b.h.p. to 7 b.h.p. These are designed for farm and general purposes, and will be shown inn conjunction with the company's chaff cutters, dust aspirators, combined grinding and crushing mills, etc.

Blackstone (89). Blackstone and Co., Ltd., of Stamford, will include stationary oil engines, for use with refined paraffin, ranging from 3 b.h.p. to 14 b.h.p., amongst a variety of other exhibits for which this company enjoys so high repute amongst agriculturalists.

"Shell' Spirit (165).

The British Petroleum Co., Ltd., under the control of the branch depot at Silk Street, Eccles, Manchester. will show a variety of cans and cases for the distribution of " Shell " spirit and other petroleum products

Fodens (73).

Fodens Ltd., of Elworth Works, Sandbach, will have on view one of the company's latest-pattern standard steam wagons, specified to carry and draw up to eight tons, as well as one of its lighter steam wagons, fitted with rubber tires, specified to carry three tons at from 10 to 12 miles an hour.

Green (56).

Thomas Green and SOD Ltd., of Smithfield Iron Works, Leeds, will show a range of motor rollers and motor lawn mowers. The exact models that will be sent to Preston are not advised to us at the moment of going to press, but this company can be relied upon to make a thoroughly-good display.

International Harvester (65).

The International Harvester Co., of Great Britain, Ltd., of 80, Finsbury Pavement, E.C., will show a 2i h.p. arid a 31 h.p. vertical engine, and a 4 h.p. horizontal engine.

Leyland (76).

As befits the proprietors of a works so near tp Preston, Leyland Motors, Ltd., of Leyland, will show three petrol lorries and one steam wagon with tipping platform. The former will he a 1-6 h.p. oneton lorry, for the Darwen Industrial Cooperative Society, and two 40 h.p. fivetonners—both repeat orders. The steamer is sold to a buyer in Ceylon.

Lister (90).

R. A. Lister and Co., Ltd., of Dursley, will include amongst its exhibits internal-combustion engines in all sizes from 2i b.h.p. to 10 b.h.p. These will be shown coupled to lighting sets, amongst other applications.

Marshall (72).

Marshall, Sons and Co., Ltd., of Gainsborough, will exhibit one of its "general Purposes" oil tractors. This machine has a 35 h.p. engine, and its construction throughout is of the best.

Studebaker (24).

The Studebaker Corporation of England, Ltd., of 143-145, Great Portland Street, W., will include amongst its motor exhibits a Flanders van, priced at £200. It will also show a Flanders chassis in section, in order that visitors may see " how the wheels go round."

Toulmin Peake (40).

Messrs. W. Toulmin Peake and Co., of Penwortham Works, near Preston, will show " Practical " oil pumps and "Associated " petrol engines.

Yorkshire (77).

The Yorkshire Commercial Motor Co., of Hunslet, Leeds, will exhibit one of its latest. six-ton wagons with mechanicallyoperated tipping gear. This has been sold to the Stockport Corporation.
