Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Editor, THE. COMMEROIAL MOTOR.

[1394] Sir,—Referring to your paragraph on page 70 of THE COMMERCIAL MOTOR, 25th March, you will find from personal examination of the table of electric vehicles in operation in this country, as published in No. 2 of the "Electric Vehicle," that the figures as stated in any last letter are correct, namely, that in that table there are 98 Edison accumulator electrics at work commercially, that is, by vsers of commercial electric vehicles, and that 31 lead-accumulator machines are also employed in similar service.

You will further find that the whole of the remainder of the machines enumerated do not come within the category of "commercial electrics," whilst practically all the commercial electrics have been put into service within the last two years.—Yours faith fully, FOR EDISON ACCUMULATORS, LTD., RAYMOND J. MITCHELL.
