A FRESH OPPORTUNITY for the review of London's traffic systems was presented at a forum organised by the Greater London Council, the police and London Transport this week.
The forum was designed to shape a traffic system for London in the 1980s. Westminster City Council Highways and Works Committee chairman Shirley Porter said that it was only because of careful planning of traffic schemes that London's traffic schemes have not collapsed.
