Randall Enterprises has been sentenced to 12 months imprisonment at Acton Crown Court. Randall of Lynwood Heifhts, Chorleywood admitting being knowingly concerned in the fraudulent evasion of VAT, destroying documents relating to a company's affairs and two offences of theft from Derek Randall Enterprises.
