Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Twelve new triaxle semitrailers, built by Pennine Bodies of Leeds for Dewsburybased UFO Transport, combine the virtues of both curtain-sider and tilt trailer designs.

Shortened side-curtains replace the tilt canopies, secured by straps and buckles onto the aluminium sideboards.

These hook onto the same ledge, two-thirds of the way down the sides, as the internal load restraining straps when they are in use.

The Crane Fruehauf chassis have air suspension fitted with an air dump facility for dock loading. With its 29 Scania and Mercedes-Benz units and 40plus trailer fleet, UFO Transport operates mainly to Italy and Spain and hopes that the new bodies will reduce the continental's resistance to conventional curtainsiders.
