NOW THIS IS A way to keep down your fuel usage: Redburn Transfer had to take a ride on a barge on its way to St Mark’s Square, Venice, as part of Nora Jones’ European tour.
This picture was taken at the same time as Redburn returned to trailer manufacturer Krone for a repeat order of Mega Liner box trailers (one of which is pictured on the barge). The firm has a custombuilt fleet running 25 mega-cube trailers, all requiring stringent load security that meet trailer sizes in a variety of European countries. CM is not sure what specs are required to float in the Adriatic Sea, but we are sure Redburn has them covered!
