Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

GIVING advance warning to approaching vehicles of an obstruction ahead, a triangle safety sign made by Adams Bros. is constructed of mild steel and conforms with British Standard AU 47. It is claimed by the makers to withstand wind forces equal to 25 m.p.h.

Best position for the triangle is roughly 150 yards away from the obstruction and on the same side as oncoming traffic. Twin layers of reflecting coating for day and night vision allow the sign to be seen from a distance. When not in use the triangle sign folds neatly into a plastic container. Made by: Adams Bros. and Burnley Ltd., Elmgrove Road, Harrow, Middx. Price: £1 5s. plus 4s. 6d. postage and packing.
