Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TWO drop-forged spanners developed by a Tunbridge Wells firm are claimed to undo almost every drain and filler plug on engines, gearboxes and rear axles on light vans.

Known as "At Last" drain plug spanners, they come in two types: SAE, which applies to all American sizes and Continental vehicles, and a type for British vehicles. They are obtainable from motor factors or tool merchants.
