WHAT'S IN A WORD?
IT was recently suggested by a reader that in Licensing Casebook I had cited a fine legal point. I'm delighted to learn that fine points are recognized. This is how our licensing system has been built up, on fine legal points produced in legal arguments by capable advocates before LAs and the Transport Tribunal. And before the Transport Tribunal last month three fine legal points were made, all of which are worthy of further examination.
