Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WE RECORD with regret the deaths of Harry Cawthorne, chairman of Majestic Motors of Darton, near Barnsley, and Fred Bibby, owner of Bibby's Coaches of Ingleton, Yorkshire.

Majestic was started in 1919 by Mr Cawthorne's father. It started with a single vehicle, but built up to a fleet of 20 coaches around 1940.

In 1950 his father died and the company was sold. Mr Cawthorne kept the name and started his own business. In its prime the company operated 18 lorries and eight coaches.

Towards the end of 1978, much of the business was closed down, leaving eight vehicles and five coaches.

Mr Cawthorne has three sons who help run the company.

Mr Bibby died at the age of 53 and leaves the running of the business to his son, Peter Bibby.
