THE EDITOR of Commercial Motor, Brian Cottee, who becomes publisher of CM and A utocar on April 1, will be joining the National Freight Corporation later this year.
Announcing his appointment as head of communication services, the NFC said this week that he would be taking up this post with them on a date to be fixed.
