Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TRANSPORT operators with trading interests in the Netherlands are being invited by the Netherland-British Chamber of Commerce to enter for the Anglo-Dutch Award for Enterprise. The event is in its fourth year. Mrs Margaret Thatcher presented the trophies last year.

Entries on forms obtainable from the Chamber at 307-306 High Holborn, London, WC1, have to be submitted by March 15. Small companies are particularly welcome. I would like to think that a British haulier would win one of the four silver and gold-plated trophies.
