Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CHILDREN at the Turvers Junior School in the West Midlands were the first to have lessons about the local bus services from the West Midlands PTE.

A bus driver, inspector and garage superintendent took a double-deck bus to the school to explain how the bus, bus service and its equipment works. Pupils are also taught how they should behave on, and while waiting for the bus.

It is hoped that school visits by PTE staff and vehicles will eventually help to reduce levels of vandalism on buses.
