ANY proposal which might limit the activities of small bus operators would be viewed with anxiety by Norfolk Finance Committee. No representations on the proposed Eastern area scheme are, however, to be made to the Road Passenger Executive. .
The committee's views on the scheme were recently put to the county council. It was stated that it was not clear whether, in the event of the scheme being promulgated, existing undertakings would be taken over completely or whether operators would continue under a licensing system.
