AN application by Kildare Coaches. Ltd., Womersley Road. Knottingley. for the winding up of Trinity Tours . (Wakefield), Ltd., Kirkgate, Wakefield was granted with costs at Wakefield County Court, last week.
• It was stated that the Kildare cornpony brought an action against Tritiits, Tours, Ltd., to recover £1,422 18s. 5d for the hire of Coaches. The defendatu company failed to appear for the hearint on June 30, and judgment was given foi the applicant, with costs, but the money had no been paid: .
