Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AFLEET of 37 Guy Arab Mark V double-decker bus chassis for the West Pakistan Road Transport Board is being exported to Lahore in C.K.D. form.

The majority of the parts are packed in two crates for each chassis, as shown in the accompanying picture. The larger one contains the Gardner 5LW engine, gearbox, six wheels and tyres, , the front-end sheet metalwork and radiator. The smaller crate contains relatively slender items of moderate length such as the axle assemblies, steering gear and fuel tank. The chassis sidemembers are packed separately and a smaller case contains spares and the remaining parts.
