according to the timetable, Mr. Herbert Elwell of Trinity Road, Bridlington, has been fined £3 by Bridlington magistrates. He pleaded guilty. .

The magistrates were told that a Ministry inspector saw a bus, operated by Elwell to serve a holiday camp at Reighton Gap, start seven minutes late on one occasion and 17 mm. early on another. Mr. P. R. Marshall, prosecuting, said that a licence condition was that he operated strictly to timetable.
