Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

An interesting pamphlet dealing with the new provisions of the Patents and, Designs Act, 1932, has been prepared by Messrs. Gee and Co., patent agents, Staple House, 51-52, Chancery Lane, London, W.C.2. Copies are available, free, to applicants sending a stamped, addressed envelope.

The new Act gives three months' extra time for (a) filing complete specifications after provisional specifications ; (b) accepting complete specifications ; (c) sealing patents (still longer for sealing in certain cases), and is retrospective in these respects. It will, therefore, be a boon to those persons whose applications cannot at present be proceeded with by reason of their being out of date, but which can, nevertheless, be brought within the extended times above mentioned ; in such cases it will still be possible to proceed with the applications.
