Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Rally time is here again: May 1 is the date, Battersea Park, London, is the starting point, and the promenade at Brighton is, hopefully, the finishing point. I say hopefully because I've seen some of these oldies puffing, panting and getting all het up by the roadside far from the finishing line.

The A23 is the route,-starting time between 6.30am and 9.30am and the cavalcade will take a breather in Crawley town centre. The Brighton arrival is timed for 10.30arn to lpm. The Historic Commercial Vehicle Club at 10 Orchard Garden, Westergate, Chichester, Sussex, will supply more details.
