Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• As your excellent magazine was made aware earlier in the year, in fact it was February when we made the decision, my company is clearly defining the high quality Insuliners which we build to meet a specific need in the chilled food chain. We are doing this by adopting a three star indelible marking in the rear bulkhead. Another weekly transport magazine chose to use the photograph accompanying the press release in this regard as an example of how not to fit fasteners and apply signwriting to the back of a vehicle.

I read in your headlines now, that Italy, the leader of all that is notable in refrigerated vehicles, is imposing a requirement on all ATP class C thin-walled reefers operating in Italy between April and October, to quote you "during these months with frozen or deep frozen produce will-need a special three star mark. . .".

Once again, Boalloy obviously sets the standard and leads the field. Needless to say we shall continue with our marking, since we do not claim ATP class C anyway, merely using our three star marking as an indication to operators that we have got it right. If it is right at the back, it is right up front!

In passing, I would like to compliment your paper on the coverage of the IRTE exhibition.
