Liverpool Riverside and chairperson of the Transport Select Committee, paid a visit to Suttons Transport Group's UK head office in Widnes to gain some insights into the industry.
Ellman (pictured centre) met the Suttons board, including CEO John Sutton and Tony Leighton, Suttons Tanker Division MD. She also visited the international workshop where the Suttons team tests, repairs and maintains its ISO tank containers. There she met apprentice Luc Edwards (right) and Amanda Allen (left) a skilled welder working for Suttons International Division.
