Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Police are asking hauliers to come forward with clues concerning the Manchester bombers—and offering a £1 million reword as an enticement.

Information is still required on the whereabouts of the truck used for the bombing for the 18 hours between its sale to IRA terrorists in Cambridgeshire and the explosion in the city centre last month.

"We need to find the premises, the waste ground, the yard, the compound, the clear area, the warehouse, whatever it is where this bomb was created," says Commander John Grieve from Scotland Yard's antiterrorist squad.

Grieve especially is appealing to motor traders and transport operators at the "questionable end" of their businesses. "We are not investigating small frauds here. We are investigating very serious terrorist offences. So come forward to us and we will talk to you," says Grieve.
