Express parcel operator City Link Transport has named Duncan Brazier as national transport development manager, responsible for its vehicle fleet. Previously, he handled the transport fleet and distribution at the company's London branch.
Alan York has been promoted from London's van supervisor to distribution mana
ger. He is assisted by former night manager, Tarn McKellar, who is now assistant distribution manager.
Ray Alder has filled the newly-created position of director-human resources.
The new branch manager at City Link-Cardiff is Jeff Prosser, who has worked at the Norwich and Swindon branches since 1986.
Rex Aldwinkle has been promoted to branch manager at City Link-Heathrow; and Tracey Shahid has become branch manager at York.
