SAFE TRANSPORT OF LPG FROM HSE • The Health and Safety Executive has published a leaflet advising on the safe transport of liquid petroleum gas cylinders by road. It includes a check list of duties which operators and drivers must carry out by law. It also gives advice on detecting leaks and recommends carriage of cylinders on open vehicles with a fire extinguisher aboard.
