A NEW COMPANY which specialises in security of transport, careful handling of consignments and general freight and parcel traffic, has opened in the West Midlands.
Highcare Distribution, based at Walsall, will initially employ five drivers, but there are plans to expand the service nationally within six months by opening depots in London and the north of England.
The new company has been established by Bucks Trans
port, which is based in South London.
Bucks sales and marketing director Paul Carvell said: "Bucks has been growing steadily over the past 25 years, based on experience of handling awkward, fragile and bulky items.
"We have identified an opportunity for a national company which specialises in care in handling products, particularly consumer items such as electrical goods and furniture," he stated.
