Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SEDDON ATKINSON has introduced a lighter weight 6x2 rigid chassis, which saves 44 per cent in vehicle excise duty, for operators not concerned with maximum payloads.

By plating its new R23L22 301 model, fitted with a single-drive RA472 rear bogie, at 23 tonnes GVW, VED payable is only i=900 per annum compared to the nor mal 24.4-tonne GVW 301's VED of 0,610.

The lightweight 301 rigid has been developed jointly with brewer J. W. Cameron of Hartlepool, which is taking the first four models. Norde rubber suspension is used on the rear bogie, but on the lightweight model the axle spread is a reduced 1,245inm instead of the conventional I,372mm.
