THERE would have been less criti cism of fuel rationing if the balance of transport had been studied in past' years. said Mr. F. H. Cave, president of the Institute of Transport, at the annual dinner of the Yorkshire Section at Leeds. last week.
Further attempts would soon have to be made to co-ordinate transport. Oxford University had been asked to establish a readership and two fellowships in transport,. he said. Sir Charles Morris, of Leeds University, also spoke.
