Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I wonder if it is possible, through CM, to thank publicly a Mr Cook and a Mr Brownell. These two gentleman helped me to enjoy a tour of the Chrysler factory in Madrid, Spain. Mr Cook is the director of public relations at Chrysler, Coventry, and he contacted his counterpart, Mr Brownell, in Chrysler's factory in Madrid.

This came about because I was going to Madrid for a few days last month, and as I am the long-distance driver of a Dodge articulated unit made in Madrid, Spain, I thought it would be grand to have a look around this factory.

This was all arranged by the two gentlemen, and on the morning of Friday, January 28, a company car picked up a relative and myself and took us to the Chrysler factory in Madrid.

After having coffee with Mr Brownell, we had a conducted tour of the whole factory, accompanied by the company photographer. We were shown everything from engines to the lorry I drive, and we had our photographs taken. We were then taken to the company's headquarters for lunch.

After lunch we were introduced to the top three technicians on the commercial side, and we had a long talk about how the vehicles were responding since my company bought them two and a half years ago.

We were told by Chrysler that they were honoured to have a British truck driver looking round their factory, and I must say we were made very welcome.

JOHN NESBITT YOUNG, hgv class 1 driver, Bedlington, Northumberland.
