C.M.U.A. Meeting in Birmingham.

An open meeting of the West Midland Division of the C.M.U.A. is to be held at Birmingham Chamber of Commerce on Friday, February 25. The speakers will be Mr. W. A. \Vinson, president of the Association, who will talk on wages and rates, and Mr. F. G. Bristow, general secretary, who will deal With roads and public safety. The chair will be taken by Mr. L. W. Gupwell.
