• The Freight Transport Association has appointed David Mitchell as its distribu. tion co-ordinator.
He is joining the Intenratio al Transport and Distribution directorate, responsible for ti FTA's role in Common Mark liberalisation, the Channel Tu nel and the association's developing distribution consult& cy services.
Mitchell joins the ETA fror Dixons, where he was distrib bon planning manager. His ea ly career was with British Ra and National Carriers.
