ALTHOUGH it is in process of establishing new engineer facilities away from Sandbach, ERF has no intention of de: ting its traditional base. It is to build a new engineering centre at Middlewich Cheshire ( CM August 4), and proposes to establish additio production capacity in an as yet unspecified development ar There is no room for further expansion at Sandbach, wh production is running at full capacity building B-Series a soon, medium-weight M-Series vehicles.
It should also be noted that 200and 400-Series models Seddon Atkinson and not ERF models as stated erroneously August 4. ERF is not building these under sub-contract.
