Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I Transport firms Gilbraith Transtore in Blackburn, Ellis J Fellows Transport and Trading in West Bromwich and Rushden-based Partrick Ltd have all gone into receivership with unknown debts.

Over the last year the three companies had all been taken over by Diamond Acceptances. a company incorporated in February last year.

Peter Dunn and Simon Thomas of Tenon Recovery were appointed joint receivers of Gilbraith and Ellis J Fellows on 2 April by finance firm Eurof actors.

Tenon Recovery is hoping to sell both transport firms as going concerns and receivers at Gilbraith were confident of completing a deal with no redundanciesat some point this week.

The situation is different at Partrick Ltd which has been closed by receivers from accountancy firm Hurst Morrison Thomson.

Receiver Sean Draper says 30 staff have had to have been made redundant because there was not enough money to pay them. The main creditor. Gattles Invoice Finance of Oxford, is owed just over £100,000. Draper says it is too early to say how much other creditors are owed.

Diamond Acceptances' listed office is at Pershore. Worcestershire. The company secretary is Stephen Durbin and the director is Francis Owens.

Partrick Ltd has no connection to nearby Kettering-based Patrick Transport.
