Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Keywords : Warwickshire, Label

• Hauliers who leave their trucks unattended overnight are being urged to join a national anti-theft vehicle watch scheme.

Members of the scheme are issued with two fluorescent stickers which are put on to the front and rear of their vehicles to show that they will not be driven between midnight and 05:00hrs. If police spot vehicles with the stickers on the road between these times they will be pulled over. Inspector Nick Ward of the Warwickshire police believes that the system will deter thieves. Only one of the 4,700 cars carrying the stickers in • Warwickshire has been stolen to date, he says. But he is concerned that hauliers have been slow to take up the system, which costs £1 to join. Since Warwickshire came on line six months ago, only 300 commercial vehicles have been put forward.
