The defendants are: Keith Roper of Cowley, Uxbridge; Graham Masters of Horrabridge, Yelverton; David Tranthen of Tavistock; Michael Trathen of Green Lane, Yelverton; James Bennett of Dousland, Yelverton; Nigel Fox of Kingstamerton, Plymouth; and Kenneth Smith of Chertsey, Surrey.
